The Full Story About
Roslyn Height Ranch
A two-tier design with a quartz worktop and a wraparound seating area made from Wenge wood give versatility to the large island. More rich wood was added to the range hood as well as its two flanking panels that include integrated storage.
We gave this space an open concept to suit a family of four with special attention to the grand kitchen that included a combined bar and coffee station. Warm, dark woods were paired with contemporary navy blues and off-white cabinetry to create a clean yet striking design palette.
Laundry - Mudroom
Using bright, clean tones for the laundry room’s walls and cabinetry, we mixed darker counters with a gray backsplash tile to design a space that is both edgy and highly functional. We also added a special dog bowl station and a doggy shower to accommodate the household’s four-legged members.
Equipped with tall, locker-like storage to keep the family’s items organized, the mudroom also includes a helpful window seat for shoe tying and quick dropping and going on your way in or out the door.
Primary Bath + Powder Room
With natural tones for a zen-like look and feel, the primary bathroom uses seamless lines, fully tiled walls, and contemporary floating drawers beneath the double vanity.
The powder room includes a crackled, lava-like tile in the backsplash above a floating vanity and a wall hung toilet that maximizes space in a small room.
